In fact, when given permission to be discharged, my Dr. had no idea of how much money it might still cost me above the 2,000KR I paid during admission, or what the price of any procedure was. Instead, she was focused on collaborating with her colleagues who treated me previously and coordinating the task at hand with the nurses. What a novel idea. Dr's who aren't concerned with money or insurance or litigation, but rather focused on helping patients get healthy.
