I wonder if Pastor Haggard, having now admitted to "sexual immorality" (of course, the sex isn't the problem - it's the hypocrisy), is going to be putting himself forward for the Leviticus 20:13 punishment for his sexual immorality? Or is the Bible going to be suddenly reinterpreted for and by Haggard? 2006-11-05T22:15:30ZUntitled entry permalink

Anthony Giddens, the main thinker behind Blairism, is calling for science and technology as a response to climate change - and simultaneously telling the Green movement to shove it. I'd question the bit about how Karl Marx is "that now forgotten thinker" though. Marx remains very much alive today, looming over us. 2006-11-05T18:12:06ZUntitled entry permalink

I am a , an , like to code in and noodle about with and the . I also have a BA in philosophy from London, and am studying for an MA. My philosophical interests are in Victorian-era German philosophy, Kierkegaard, Robert Nozick, hermeneutics and current approaches to the demarcation problem in the philosophy of science. Musically, I like jazz fusion, soul and P-Funk. My musical nirvana would be a mixture of Beethoven, Miles Davis and George Clinton topped with a side-serving of Erykah, Jill and Angie.

I also write for the Citizendium, an online encyclopedia project. If you know about stuff, you should join in.
