A couple of my sites are offline. Sorry about that - I've no idea why it's stopped working. I've just spent about fifteen minutes trying to track down the e-mail address of my hosting provider. Oh man, is there a web host out there that doesn't suck? 2006-10-28T22:23:17Z
OPML Parser (PHP source code) is an XMLParser-based OPML renderer. It's a good start - I'm trying to figure out how to do a really comprehensive renderer - but it probably won't be using XMLParser - instead it'll be using a cached database combined with the DOM functions in PHP 5. I'm not sure that I want to have a database because it makes it less portable - but on the other hand, if you've got the ability to install PHP 5 scripts, then a SQL database isn't beyond the realm of possibility. 2006-10-28T20:59:54Z
I've been listening to PodTech shows - they're pretty good. But there's one thing that's really annoying about a number of them - they play the interviewer audio from the right channel and the interviewee audio from the left channel. I'm one of those people who is very sensitive to stereo-aligned sounds and it makes them almost totally unlistenable. I wish they mixed them down to mono before publishing them. 2006-10-28T17:34:01Z
Boston video podcaster (who I met at PodCamp back in September) Steve Garfield is using Grazr on his homepage.

I've just been watching Robert Scoble's video on the Microsoft Zune MP3 player. Apple have nothing to worry about, since Microsoft haven't yet understood that podcasting needs to be built in to the client software, like it is with iTunes. 2006-10-28T12:07:23Z
FullTorrent.net is a meta-search engine for BitTorrent. It's pretty cool, but it has too much porn for my liking, especially when you compare it to Mininova. 2006-10-28T11:40:36Z
